In relation to the negative economic impact of the announcement of the epidemic state in Poland and the restrictions applied, a package of new legal regulations for entrepreneurs, the so-called ‘Anti-crisis Shield’, will be introduced.

The solutions included in the package concern, among others:

• short-time work solutions (i.e. extraordinary measures allowing for the reduction of working hours),
