The Decision sets out a minimum saudisation requirement of 20% within the engineering profession for those establishments employing five engineers or more. Establishments in violation of this requirements may face penalties, as set out in the procedural manual issued pursuant to the Decision. The Decision came into effect on 01/06/1442 H (corresponding to 25 August 2020).
