The Bill on social networks was introduced in the State Duma of the RF on April 10, 2017. Innovations in the project are also related to labor relations. Additions are proposed in Art. 57 of the Labor Code of the RF (the content of the employment contract) and give to an employer the opportunity to impose restrictions or a complete ban on the use of social networks during working hours. If the law is adopted, it will come into force on January 1, 2018.
