Romania: The individual employment agreement is terminated de jure when the employee serves a prison sentence

Prior to this decision of the Supreme Court, there were different opinions on the termination of the individual employment agreement. According to the new decision, the employment is terminated for the employees that have to effectively serve a prison sentence, since they can no longer be present at the workplace and perform their duties.
