The National Council for Fighting Discrimination has issued a series of rulings in employment related matters, including one stating that the marginalization and dismissal of a person who had previously notified the NCFD on grounds of maternity is discrimination, victimization and violation of the right to dignity, according to national law. This ruling is important for stating that the previous notification made to the NCFD can be grounds for discrimination, even if this case is not clearly stated in the relevant national legislation.
