On October 19, the Determination of Effect of Mexican Standard NMX-R-025-SCFI-2015 was published in the Official Gazette. This document was jointly issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, the National Institute for Women and the National Council to Prevent Discrimination. This Official Standard provides for certain requirements so public, private and social work centers integrate, implement and execute equality and non-discrimination labor practices in their management and Human Resources processes. Its purpose is establishing the basis for public recognition of those work centers that evidence adoption and compliance of processes and practices in favor of labor equality and non-discrimination.
