Through legislative Decree no. 185/2016, issued on 24 September 2016, the Government has made several changes to the Jobs Act, editing provisions related to mandatory pre-communication for the utilization of vouchers (the so-called ancillary work, provided for occasional work performances), mandatory hirings of disabled employees (e.g. administrative fines doubled in case of violations of the relevant obligations) and solidarity contracts (e.g. possibility to convert a defensive solidarity contract into an expansive solidarity contract).
