The Select Committee, a special committee making recommendations to the Government of Ontario regarding the prevention of sexual violence and harassment in Ontario, has released its interim report. The report sets out a number of recommendations that are being considered by the Committee. If accepted, the recommendations could change employers’ legal obligations. The final report is scheduled to be released in December 2015.
