Amidst seemingly endless changes relating to the ongoing pandemic, federal sector employers are now also adjusting to the new Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations under the Canada Labour Code as well as amendments to the Employment Equity Regulations under the Employment Equity Act. These regulatory changes came into effect on January 1, 2021.
